We aim to craft and send all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. Please allow 3-5 days of transport and shipping within Europe. All products are shipped from Austria, European Union.

Shipping costs

We offer free international standard delivery on all orders over €80.

RETURNS

We do our outmost to ensure you love your products from JOYEM. If an item is damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and within 14 days of receipt.

Personalised items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Sale items, gift cards, or items purchased using a discount code are Final Sale and therefore, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
